Great news for 15 Cambridge Road, Sawbridgeworth! Plans have been submitted to the council to vary the existing permission for the development there. It looks like there are some tweaks to the roof and internal layouts, and we'll be keeping an eye on the decision!
Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission (ref: 3/24/0668/FUL/Dated 10/01/2025) for (Demolition of the existing dwelling property and outbuildings. Erection of two blocks comprising a total of 5 flats and 2 one and a half storey dwellings with parking, access and landscaping). The amendments include changes to the roof by removing the green roof and changes to the internal floor plans
